Blake has fitted in well with our existing drivers and gets on well with all of the staff. His duties involve loading components and removing finished products from our assembly team. We have very strict protocols in place with exclusion zones while working around staff in the factory, which Blake follows well. His skill level when he started was very good; he has since increased these skills and is now assisting with loading trucks in our dispatch when required.
